yes it does, you will need to buy a reservoir with it. STG will be glad to help you figure out what you need. those guys are very helpful.

I run the R1 Brembo brake lever on my FZ1. My wife got me the Rizoma fluid reservoir for me which looks bling along with their lux grips & bar ends.
