I changed my leds white on tach and display myself. Really easy to do.

There's only 9 leds to change, 6 on display and 3 on tach.

Only thing is there's no place that will sell you just 9 leds. They sell them in 100 count strings which are only $10 for 100.

Can you guys tell me the pysical size of the LEDs you are using. I'd imagine it would be PLCC2 mini size which is 2mm by 1.4mm. My bike is still on it's way from Darwin so I can't have a look :(

I'd be down for some pics of your tach and display, the next time you're alone in the dark with the beast.

Only sold in groups of 100 eh, well I at least you have some spares.

I actually love the red our dash gives off.
Makes seeing the road at night much easier. Thats why over the road truckists have red lights in the back of the cab.
And it matches the dash in my Scooby! :cool:

Forgot to take pics of my cluster but I did just find a pic in my photobucket of tach.

I'm working on a DIY write up also.
I'll get the rest posted when I get off work.
