i have the 2012.. i must say it looks pretty sharp... i love the feel of the upgraded suspension.. it feel more flickable..hopefully with a suspension upgrade on mine it will feel similar. we went and hit the canyon i also tried out the rear passenger seat while going 2up with my girlfriend..she was very impressed , with the 12 rear seat she slides around alot especially when braking causing her legs to fatigue fast, the 13 seat kept her in place her legs were not even tired after a hour or so ride. i think i will try to purchase one from yamaha or maybe buy some fabric that is similar and my seat wrapped in it.
On yamahas website it says that the 12 and 13 have the exact same dimensions but having them side by side the `13 looks about an inch lower than my 12.. im just guessing that its due to the adjustable suspension??
