Rear break pedal adjustment -need advice-

Hello,

I need some help adjusting the rear break pedal.
It's a little bit to low for me so I want the pedal to rise a bit.

In order to rise the lever, I need to lower the mechanic behind my heel.

I'm not familiar with technical english words, so I marked them A to D

So far, I loosened B.
In order to lower, I need to lower locknut C.
But C cannot rotate because of the mechanic that is in the way.

Do I need to do something with the pin D or A?

once B is loosened you should be able to rotate A to lower C to bring your pedal up higher. than dont forget to tighten B
