New to me bike with PCV question

I recently purchased a 2011 FZ8 with 22,xxxkm on it. The bike came with a Two Bros Slip-on and K&N Air Filter installed. It also has a PCV. I pulled the exhaust off yesterday to give it a new coat of paint and noticed that the bike has been de-catted. My question is; the map I pulled off the PCV was the DynoJet Two Bros slip-on/stock air filter map. If the bike has been de-catted and has a hi-flo air filter theoretically that map could be running lean? I have one of Jumbo's maps before he did the airbox mod, would it be worth it to load that as it would most likely run a little richer due to the fact that is accounts for the air filter? For reference I am in N.S., Canada which is approximately 150 feet above sea level. I know this might affect the performance of Jumbo's map as I think it was tuned in California. I am just wondering if it is safer to load a richer map and slowly tune it back, rather than risk a lean condition with the Two Bros. map?
