Hi. I got my FZ8 from State College on June 20th. $6322 out the door for a 2013 with 0 miles. I had to trailer it home. I never rode before, so I didn't have a license or permit. I got my permit on 6/23 and took a new rider course at Bergen County Harley this past weekend. Went to NJ MVC on Tuesday and got my license. So far I put 260 miles on it. How did I go this long without ever riding? (I'm 50).

This forum has been great. My Yoshi fender eliminator kit is on its way. I will order the G2 Throttle Tamer tonight or tomorrow. I'm deciding on tank pads and narrowed my radiator cover choices down to two.

Thank you for all the great posts on mods. They are a huge help. I'll return the favor when I install mine.

just remember, you have a bike with 100 ponies under you, respect that.
