Installing battery

Having removed The battery for the winter, i now tried to install it. But now -/+ in perfectly in place for Wrong polarity!any idea on whats Wrong?

agreed we need a pic. provided it goes in the right way the terminals are short and stiff enough to only line up the right way.

You want the battery positioned so that positive is on the rear right and negative is rear left.

agree, but thats the problem. Even the battery as recommended by yuasa makes this difficult

I put a picture of the battery as it now is placed in my garage section...

Just pull the battery out and turn 180deg to the right and then flip it top to bottom 90 deg.
The terminals have holes on both ends.

If this works, you hve saved me a very embarrasing visit to the dealer..
Won't this solution leave the battery laying on the side?

our batteries are sealed and yes, they pretty much lay on their backs so to speak.
