Help picking a new helmet.

Hey, I'm looking into getting a new helmet soon. The 2 helmets I was looking at are the Shoei RF-1200 and the Shoei GT-Air. I currently ride in a AGV K3-SV and the upgrade would be my first premium helmet. Does anyone in either of those helmets or others have any suggestions?

Also found a website where i can get the helmets (rf-1200) for almost $100 off of the price refills sells them for. It's motorcyclecloseout.com. Does anyone have any experience using that site?
