FZ8 taillight same as Fazer 1000?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at this sweet looking taillight for the Yahama fazer 1000 (2007-2009)

My question: Can I install these on the FZ8?

I know that the FZ8 has a lot of common parts with the FZ1, don't know if this is one of those parts....

Ps: I bought a same taillight of this family for my previous FZ6, and it was awesome! Higher light output and after 15.000km, still no defect LED's. Thats why I am so interested in mounting this one onto my FZ8..

Today I ordered the tail light.

Are the connectors plug and play? Or do I need a connector conversion kit to plug it in the OEM parts of the FZ8?

It's plug and play. Tail and stop light have a bulb socket to connect, indicators cable lugs.
