Sorry mate to hear of the crash.
I commute to work and have these type of near misses most days.
A mad driver got me a couple of years ago but I walked away with the last pinky bone shoved up into my palm - lucky (though I didn't think so at the time).

We are averaging about one per week here in the Toronto since April-ish. I believe we are at 3 for this week alone. So sad.

Doubt it. Elderly that shouldn't be driving.
About same thing happened to my friend's girlfriend's dad. Except he was lead bike of a funeral persession. He also passed away from the wreck.
