man my buddy got it for something like 300$ and i mean the best 300$ ever its never broken down, fast, coumphy, fun, and well its a yamaha. it does have its issues... we broke the speedo cable... the brakes go out every once and a while... it some how goes threw rear tires... and the front tire like to lose a little air... oh and not to mention the engine is leaking oil from everywhere it can but were fixing that this week.

I had an '81 XS1100 Special. It was my winter project the winter before last. I rode it for a bit before I sold it. I was actually pretty impressed with the power and handling... for an old girl.
Back on topic. I'd love to do a meet up at Deal's Gap. I've never been and have always wanted to go.
However, I'm just starting a new job, so it may be a while before I get any vacation time.
