FG Gubellini Front Forks Kit anyone?

Does anyone have some insight on this kit? Im thinking about pulling the trigger on it because I really like that the front forks will be fully adjustable.

That's quite a bit of money. Isn't the R1 front end swap cheaper? Or would it be more than that since you have to get the brakes, axle, wheel and everything? I know it doesn't make it adjustable but I've read really good stuff about having racetec rebuild them with their components and I think that route is only a couple hundred bucks.
