6 years and still nothing

It's been 6 years since the debut of this concept bike. Why hasn't it been put into production. I'd buy one in a heartbeat. I know technically in the US it might be classified as a car or an ATV but i'm sure there are ways to lobby against that. I'd feel like riding a unicorn if i was on one of these.

im not sure what kind of demand that would have. it's not interesting to me, i like riding 2 wheels. ;) it would be a lot more expensive too. buying tires for it ugghh!

i got interested because i saw this video of a prototype. Looks fun and the ability to drift through puddles of oil seems invaluable. Us 2 wheeler definitely would have dumped it going through that oil, with ABS or not.
