Production Artist/Designer (basically graphic design). Most artists (in advertising) aren't good at math, so I'm the guy that makes sure the billboard/magazine ad/web banner/retail display fixture/etc. actually looks nice and fits where it's supposed to.

Any info. on the windscreen? Don't think I've seen that one yet... I like it.

I've got the Vance & Hines CS One Blackout, and it's awesome. Great quality, much better sound than stock, super easy install. It looks like it was born to be on the 8.

I spotted an elusive 8 at the intersection of Park and Blake near Downtown Denver this morning while walking to work. Looked like a '13, mostly stock. Was it anyone on the forum? Just curious. We should ride sometime.

I've had the V&H CS One installed for a while now and I'm loving it. Highly recommended. Very easy install, great quality. Definitely louder with a lower tone than the stock exhaust, but not too loud. DO IT!

Slight tangent... Where did you get your reflective rim strips? Those look nice.

I've talked with helmet guys at several shops who all informed me that the majority of helmets with an integrated visor don't pass SNELL standards. Something to do with the removal of material in the forehead area to fit in a visor. The old Exo-1000 was an exception to this, but the new...

I've been told the Arai Defiant is specifically designed for naked bikes as well. I really wanted the Defiant, but my goofy head requires I wear the Signet-Q. Both are really nice helmets. The Signet is great.

I love it. Smooth with fantastic gas mileage when driving [responsibly] to work. On the weekends I can turn on "Race Car Mode" (Subaru calls it "Sport #") and power through the mountains without breaking a sweat. A little more versatile than a WRX/STI, and if I wanna go faster I just ride my 8. :)

My concern would be the point that it comes to at the top. Say something happens that makes you go over the handle bars, but not completely over. I'd be worried about taking an aluminum wedge to the chest or neck or faceshield. That being said, it looks sick and I might end up just buying it...
