I read a similar thing with the R1 whilst doing some flashtune research, that the immobiliser needs to be disabled for the tune to work. Not sure of the exact disabling (whether its unplugging or in the ECU).

Take a look at MCAS or Sydney City Motorcycles.. probably your best bet. Prepare to be overwhelmed by the price we pay for gear here compared to the US.

It has been pretty warm here of late, here in Canberra especially. My bike has been around 80 degrees in this hotter weather, bumping higher when in traffic. Can you feel airflow around the tank at speed, or does the fairing push away most of the air?

Remove the positive (red) cable on the battery and ground it by touching it on the black cable/connection. For what purpose - not sure.

My '13 has C1, C2, C3 and C4. Guess this applies to the adjustments suggested on other sites against the R6 values.
