I actually got my bike back from the dealer (they've had it for 8 weeks total since the middle of May) and was able to ride it with no issues. Now I just need to find someone to buy it so I can get that GSXR 750 I have my eye on.

Bear with me again. Say this dealer lies and tells Yamaha that I am a pain in the butt and they don't want my business. At the end of the day I still have to do business with this dealership, reporting them to Yamaha could spoil this special relationship. :D
