    settings I installed one in December 2014 and have been experimenting with settings since. I weigh about the same, started with middle settings, and have settled on (from softest settings): Rebound = 5 Compression = 4. Phil

    I bought a GPR exhaust for my previous bike from the UK, and recently bought a GPR exhaust for my FZ8N from the Italian factory (at half the cost). Delivered from Italy to Australia in 7 days. And, I'll probably buy a GPR for my next bike.

    GPS speed My Garmin GPS indicates a speedo inaccuracy of 6%. 100kph on speedo = 94kph on Garmin.

    What preload setting do you use on your stock shock?

    settings I weigh 200-ish. Dropped setting 5 to 4; rubbish. Put it up to 6; better. Put it up to 7; incredible difference with roadholding, and power to the road. I'm staying with 7.
