The seat is a Top Sellerie seat from France. It actually quite pricey (between $400 and $500 depending on finishes) but is very comfy and yes, well made. It is highly customizable and you can have it gelled and heated. I would recommend insisting that they use OE seat pans but I'm not sure how much control you have over it.
