Thought I should post this for anyone that has seen the exhaust or has been wondering about it. I bought it off ebay for $139 with free shipping. Shipped from china and arrived here in HI on the 21 and was shipped on the 15.
The exhaust is very loud and is a strait pipe. take off the exhaust and thats about what it sounds like.

Will include a video clip after i upload it to youtube. Questions welcome

It is quite loud. It is just a bit more quiet then when it has no exhaust on.

Still have to paint it black. Painted the stock with regular flat black spray paint and the paint hasn't started to come off even after 300 miles.

Got the exhaust painted black and uploaded the video, just not as soon as i wanted.

No revs because I was at a public beach and didn't want to piss anyone off with my nonsense, just my:2cents:

I'm gonna come out and say it... I love you for showing me that exhaust... That's the exact style I been wanting for my bike, all I kept finding was the mivv double gun, witch doesn't look bad but not what I wanted. Thank u again

Everything is stock as of now. Planing on buying a pc5 maybe next payday.

any power loss? or any differences at all? i have a 2 brothers black carbon right now but im a big fan of straight piping anything. because louder is better and always will be.

Not to mention our bike sounds so nasty straight piped, currently how mine is muffler bracket broke so I remover the muffler along with the rear passenger peg brackets, bike actually feels more peppy to me cause of the massive weight loss probably but powers feels more on demand IMO

Here's my redundant question: Before the 'mod', did you feel the bike increasing in power as the gas in the tank decreased?

Lamo. Never heard that question but it makes sense... Anyways, as for my but dyno, it does seem a little bit quicker on the acceleration side but that may be because the slip on weighs about 2.5, or 3 lbs total and the stock feel like it's maybe 8 or 9 lbs... and it more free flowing.

Quick off note. The clamp to clamp the slip on to cat/header is crap. mine rusted after first rain. Spray painted it also.

Don't think that's something your really gonna notice cause that's a slow gradual change where removing the factory exhaust and passenger peg brackets was an instant weight loss.. As it stands I get compliments on the looks and sound of my bike constantly, and always getting asked how much work I have done to the motor, but I want to get this exhaust or at least get a tip that direct the exhaust down towards the ground, but that's will be in about 6 months have about 2k to just blow on my baby, gonna be a more amazing bike next summer

I can see the numbers on my E.T. slips, if i'm runnin quarter tank or less I'm cuttin 2/10ths. If I understand correctly it's a combo of wait loss and better fuel aeration.

Got my XG-1 today. Shipping it out for black ceramic finish tomorrow. Will post picks once its done but will probably look like the OP's. I just hope the ceramic is tougher than paint.

I didn't post this in my original but mine didn't come with the proper mounting instructions. I just looked at it and figured it out. Your going to have to attach the bracket to the nut behind the old mounting location. can post a pic if you want.

I noticed how you had it mounted in one of your earlier pics posted in this thread. Seems pretty straight forward but how did you get the springs on? Those things are gonna be tough I think. Muffler is out getting a ceramic coating in satin black and I hope to have it back next week. Can't wait.
