I don't think any one is saying you have to pay Hoover. If you would like the added benefits that an Elite or Premium status provides, than that option is available to you.

I spend money every month to rent the server that the sites are on and the google ads on this site bring in about 5 bux a month ( nowhere near pays for itself) so............
The memberships are donations that help support the site... Its strickly volintary and........ to say thanks for supporting the site.. you get extra perks and bragging rights that you are a supporter
