This is the Remote Preload and Remote Compression dampening version (yeah the expensive one ). One mounts on left other right on passenger pegs. They have their little brackets.
My bike was rear-ended and this shock is still new and I have the main box and shipping box still. I paid $1100, plus TX sales tax and shipping. I would like about $950. It is new and you'll be saving 200+or so.
