Idle scew adjustment doesn't work

Hi guys,

I recently bought a fz8 2013, my friend and I play with the screw and it no longer works, anyone knows how to fix it?

My idle is around 850rpm and I can't but between 1150 and 1250

Did you force it? I can't see how you can break it easily. When you make your adjustments, wait 5-10 seconds for the engine to respond to the adjustment.

I turn clockwise and counter cloclwise, it doesn't change anything. When I first got it, it worked. The screw doesn't seem to have the same tension.

No I did not, I tried this afternoon but nothing change on the idle, when I turn it the cable turn with it? Normal or not?

I dont see why the cable would turn. Take a picture or even better, take a video of what you are doing and post it so we can see. Are you turning the screw on left side under gas tank?

I found the problem

Cable under the gas tank was out, I put back in and screw it... Here we go... We unscrew too much that we took the cable off.

Cable is located where the spring is.

Thank you. That was the cause of my problem too. I never would have found it on my own
