Help clutch and tranny noise very bad

Dude needs help

Hello everyone, I can't figure out what is wrong with the bike metal grinding sound you can feel, coming from the crankcase clutch or somewhere in the engine. I uploaded a couple video to YouTube on my son's account I'll try to put it on here .

Transmission issue. I've got the same at the minute. Selector fork has broken a pawl off. Possibly due to a dog gear retaining clip breaking. I haven't found the issue yet.

So my issue was caused by a preexisting fracture just behind the pawl. The shiny areas on the left are manufacturing flaws that were missed during quality checks in the factory.

The shiny bits are the plating that's entered into the fracture which means it must have been there before its been near an assembly line.

This was in my sump and has fallen past the crankshaft and the rest of the transmission. Luckily it didn't get wedged and lock up the gearbox at speed.

I wonder how common this is as I've only heard a few examples of this.

For reference. Selector fork C had snapped and allowed the broken end to rub against the dog gear. New fork and dog gear needed.
