I'm not very mechanically inclined, but I've been reading about Two Brothers' V.A.L.E. slip-on which, they claim, is easily user-installable. I'm curious if anyone has had any experience with them?

Were they easy to install? And has the finish held up? (I've heard that the finish comes off those Chinese mirrors pretty quick.)

Each time I investigate bar end mirrors, I get put off by WTF pricing (either $10 from China or $300 from Italy), or by overly complicated installation. Are there any good mirrors that I can get for around $100 and put them on inside of 5 minutes?

I recently got some boots that are on the thick side, and I'd like to adjust the shifter up a bit. I can't seem to find anything in the manual about adjusting it...I hope it's possible and I'm just not seeing it?

That does look really nice. Seems to go with the FZ8 much better than other Givis I've seen. Makes me wish I still used an iPhone!
