    Noise when decelerating.....

First off, there is no such thing as camshaft bearings on these engines, nor can they become loose and are not adjustable (bring it up in a different topic). OP, I'm thinking more along the lines of the cam chain tensioner not doing its job, when the motor is under load (acceleration) the cam...

    high idle up to 2k

I think what you are describing is normal, at a cold morning start my bike will rev to a higher rpm, and then will settle to normal once warmed up. Its computer controlled from various sensors.

    high idle up to 2k

Does it always idle this high, or does it eventually idle down to a normal speed once warmed up?

    Spark Plugs Replacement

OEM calls for a CR9, the number (in your case) 9 denotes the heat range, the higher the number the colder the plug fires. OP is using a plug that runs a little bit hotter than stock...

    Spark Plugs Replacement

Its normal from time to time to see this, its from condensation, and normally on short rides it doesn't heat up enough to dry it out completely. If you were seeing oil instead, then its time for a new valve cover replacement. No need to worry, its fine.

    Radiator Fan Manual Switch Bypass?

Feel free to tap into the fan circuit, find the thermal sensor on the block and hook those wires to a switch for manual override. no need to purchase a tuner.

Shifting from neutral to 1st at a stop light - clicking/ticking keeps the gear up in neutral

You might have an issue with the shift linkage not being at the proper adjustment/length, or it may be a clutch cable adjustment on the lower end of the cable (under fuel tank), For what its worth, take it to the dealer and have them verify your adjustments are where they should be, it could be...

Anything else to do to the bike?

OK, perhaps a 0.0 1% gain w/o the tuner.........again, not worth it. And not to mention illegal in some states (gutting the cat). But installing a tuned program, of course there will be gains.

    Thicker Head Gasket

I love these kind of threads, always looking for more power, spend thousands, waste a ton of time,............................ just to get blown away by a stock 1000cc rocket.

Anything else to do to the bike?

Don't bother gutting the cat, it will not give you more power.

I think my bike needs help!!!

As with any performance modification, mpg's will drop and egt's (exhaust gas temperatures) will go up, and this could be causing the blueing on the header pipe. As for the tapping noise (rocker arm tappet), normal until oil reaches the top of the motor and/or engine temps increase.

Bike turns on but no signals, brake light and horn

What your describing is true for a battery charger especially in automatic mode where it is regulated. You guys can do as you wish here, I'm not going to volley this back and forth. But one more point I'de like to add, the current WILL go thru the rectifier diodes once the engine is cranked and...

Bike turns on but no signals, brake light and horn

Its not going to happen like that, have you ever hooked up a charger to a lead acid battery, and cranked it up to 50A, it begins to percolate internally (watch the rising bubbles) and will internally arc and short out (and can cause an explosion if not vented properly). Now imagine it with a car...
