With my group of friends we see alot of different tracks and I did a standing mile this summer and as I sit, I ran 145, it was all she had left and I hit it about the half-mile mark but it wasn't nearly as bad as my calculations of 125

Sadly the ragers would be an issue and while that is a safety concern it's not really an issue directly from the action we'd be allowed, it's an issue by the mentality of America.

I love my re-gear. On the flipside, I ride about 8 miles to work so it's not really a commute, I just like to play a lot.
