I am getting my mods every chance I get. Over the next two months I should have fender eliminator (installed wife is giving it as a Christmas present), RG rear tire hugger (30% longer), Pazzo shorty levers, led turn signals, bar end mirrors and I'm considering the Danmoto rearsets.

Rideitmoto lever's should be here tomorrow
Rizoma fender eliminator
Rizoma zero-11's all four corners
possibly ermax radiator shrouds
still debating the rim tape

Integrated gear indicator
Wrap the heel guards in 3M carbon fiber vinyl wrap
Have the rear footpegs powdercoated black

At that point, I think I'll be done.

Ohlins rear shock set to my weight, and a Yoshi R77D exhaust. Then it will be complete /emperor. Just got the front fork springs replaced with Racetech .95kg ones and wow, what a huuuuge difference. But now every time I hit a bump, the forks take it like a champ and the rear bounces all over the place. Gotta balance her out. Oh yeah, and I get understeer because of the imbalance too. It's more safety than comfort really.

Probably wider bars and brake lines next year if I get to it.
I like the integrated gear indicator and the danmoto rear sets as well but we'll see lol.

I actually think all my pocket money will be spent on track days, California Superbike School levels 1,2 & 3 plus some other advanced courses if I can wrangle the time and play money.
Skills are upgrades that stay with you no matter what bikes you buy and sell.

I have bought all the aesthetic parts I want.. Just the power commander, prob after xmas

There is not too much left to do. I have to check the valve lash this winter, I might see if I can do some gasket match porting on the head while its off. Other than that I would like to get on the track next year. So most of my mod money will go into the track savings account!!!!!

before the spring I hope to do the following

arrow header -bought the auto tune and found out I need to put a bigger bung on for the sensor! so figure I'll just get the header plus it gets rid of the cat

racetech spring for rear shock - after reading the suspension threads here I figured I'll try a correct spring for my weight and see how that feels

danmotto rearsets - come on for that price can't say no!!

Kellermann Micro Rhombus 2 LED Dark Indicators

some shorty style clutch & brake levers - haven't decided which ones yet

@Mansack. I may be selling my R77 in the spring.
Mods on hold untill spring and a health update. Assuming I'm good to go:
CF chain guard
Penske rear shock
Rad guard
Rubber

Two Brothers Black Series
R&G Tail Tidy
R&G Rad Protector
...
waiting to see what Santa might bring before doing any installs

Suspension will come first.
Replace the rear shock
then evaluating what the front needs.

Then, a complete redesign of the aesthetics.
Color change
body modifications
leather tank strap
custom seat
...and most likely a new exhaust

Time to start drawing

You'll have to do a build thread mate

You know it buddy. In typical me fashion I am researching vintage aviation hardware and leather hood/tank straps. In general I am looking for 1940 meets 2020.

sort of like this but taken a bit further. Similar colors and materials though.

Fz1 forks with racetech valves and springs

Steel braided brake likes

PCV and auto tune

Bazzaz quick shift

Clip on risers

Speedo drd.

And whatever else I find in the future lol

Awesome replies and they've given me more to consider. My biggest issue is wanting everything right now and knowing I have to be patient. Can't wait to be a badass custom bike
